About the Workshop

Instagram for Business is a half-day event that aims to provide health care practitioners and small business owners with the tools and tactics to run Instagram effectively. 


Appropriate for novice and intermediate Instagram users, attendees will work through a 20-page workbook that breaks down hashtag strategies, growth hacks and the exact processes that I use to plan and execute a months worth of content in less time than it takes to write a blog post.

About the Host

Instagram for Business is hosted by Katie Costa, creative entrepreneur and project manager at White Oak Creative Co. She works with clients to polish their online presence and grow their business using various digital marketing initiatives. 


Katie is a nutritional scientist, and is currently finishing her MSc at the University of Guelph. Her technical training within health sciences gives her a unique perspective when marketing for businesses in the health and lifestyle sectors.
